Training Coordinator is responsible for coordination, implementation, management and evaluation of all aspects of Training and Development programs.  Must have the ability to interact with others in an effective and appropriate manner. Conducts supervisory, management or nontechnical skills training courses for internal staff

 

Job Requirements



Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

Conducts supervisory, management or nontechnical skills training courses for internal staff. Uses needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of proposed training programs. Must possess the ability to develop new training programs as required, to support manufacturing requirements. Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Conducts follow up to determine applicability of course material. Possess general knowledge about common hardware and software systems that aid in the training program development process. Must possess strong communication skills.
