  • Personifies COAST Personnel at the work site.

  • Manage 3 onsite managers for 4 different shift. Day, Swing, Grave and Weekend shift

  • Occasionally check in temps at beginning of shifts. 

  • Recruit entry level, staff HIGH VOLUME

  • Recruit occasional tech positions

  • Nurtures, builds, and maintains strong relationships between the client and COAST Personnel

  • Anticipates staffing requirements and expectations.

  • Maintains all support functions for field employees at client site, including but not limited to timekeeping system, payroll and attendance reports.

  • Fosters and works within an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safety.

  • Manages field employee employment at the site, including coaching, counseling, and removal from assignment.

  • Facilitates the initial treatment and reporting of workers' compensation incidents at the site.

  • Communicates regularly with branch and/or area management concerning status of account

  • Documents all transactions thoroughly

  • Collaborate with recruiters and work to develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for ongoing recruitment needs

  • Build and manage talent pipelines through recruitment strategies and sourcing initiatives

  • Network and promote COAST Personnel and career opportunities at job fairs and professional networking groups 

  • Build strong relationships with associate employees 

  • Maintain quality job postings on all available job boards to ensure necessary candidate flow.

  • Quickly resolve employee and client issues that arise.

  • Coach, counsel, supervise, and discipline contract employees to ensure job satisfaction and client satisfaction

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Previous Onsite management preferred

  • Previous Staffing/Recruiting for LI (Light Industrial) is a must

  • Exceptional communication skills required

  • Strong computer skills including MS office, Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Well-developed problem-solving skills

  • High levels of motivation and self-direction

  • Must be able to occasionally check in temps on beginning of shift.
