Job Description

Regional Corporate office in Pleasant Hill needs a fast and accurate addition to their small  payroll dept. This is a high volume Data Entry role with additional supporting tasks as required by the Payroll Manager:

Duties Involve The Following: 

  • Enter Timecards
  • Handle HR on- boarding paperwork
  • Cross check payroll for accuracy each week
  • Run Weekly/ Monthly payroll reports on Excel

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish A Must
  • MS Excel
  • Great Attention to Detail and Accuracy a MUST 
  • Hours: 8:30-5:30  Plus OT  ( no weekends required )
  • Full time permanent with Full Benefits including 401K with potential match
