Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Communicate verbally with the end user and fabricator regarding case updates
2. Create professional letters and emails communicating case resolutions.
3. Assist customers with countertop care/warranty questions.
4. Assist with case submission and initial process of the cases.
5. Create, maintain and report using a CRM program on customer cases, including images of warranty issues submitted for claim.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
2. 2-4 years related experience.
3. Ability to effectively communicate with written and verbal correspondence.
4. Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills 5. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM 6. Accurate and detail-oriented, investigative, and problem-solving skills 7. Pleasant and professional telephone manner
