Job Description

Duties include :
•Greeting visitors
•Handling high volume of incoming calls and dispatching calls to correct departments/offices
•Paycheck distributions on Fridays
•HR support
•Will be in charge of handling and completing VOE (Verification of Employment) ,UI (Unemployment Insurance) , EDD tasks on a daily basis
•Mail sorting

Job Requirements

•Must have a professional and friendly demeanor
•Must be able to communicate verbal/written in both Spanish and English
•Prior Office/Admin experience a plus
•Computer literate : Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
•MUST be reliable
•Must be able to multi-task
•Attention to detail
•Must be able to start right away
•Must CLEAR criminal background/drug test/everify

LOCATION: Santa Clara CA
PAY RANGE: $15.00
SHIFT: Day, Mon-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
FULL TIME: 40hrs
