Job Description


Supports the Sr. Human Resources Manager on HR Programs and Company policies. Assists in managing department activities, recruiting, employee relations/conflict resolution, policy interpretation, benefits administration, and company sponsored events.


  • Provides for a positive work environment and assists management through active interaction with employees
  • Assists in coordinating all performance evaluations with managers/supervisors, training and development plans, and succession planning
  • Manages all leaves of absences ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations including FMLA/PDL/DFRA/ADA
  • Supports recruiting activities and manages the on-boarding process for all new hires
  • Acts as consultant and business partner to operation departments
  • Supports employee safety, wellness and related human capital initiatives
  • Proficiency in managing Federal, State and local employment regulations and other related employment regulations

Job Requirements


Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred

Experience: Minimum of  Five  (5) years  in HR capacity role- preferably in  manufacturing environment; strong experience in three or more of the following area: human resources management, organizational development, change management, process improvement ( Six Sigma preferred),compensation, staffing, labor relations, employee relations is preferred.)
Computer Skills: Proficient use of computer and corresponding programs- Microsoft Office tools; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Bilingual Spanish 

Certificates/ Licenses/Training/Other; Human Resources Certification and/or PHR/SPHR certification highly desired
