Job Requirements

Coast is looking for an ambitious person to fill an Order Processing Support position in our Product Repair Operations in Carrollton, TX.  This person will perform a variety of data entry, data management, and customer service tasks.

Job Duties:

•         Enter and process orders through computer systems for materials or equipment orders from sales staff or direct customer contacts.

•         Maintain customer files with sales contracts and other information.

•         Support price quotation process, complete order sheets, and verify price and quantity of each item.

•         Distribute order data to respective internal departments.

•         Coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.

•         Perform computer data entry and data research to support the customer service and operations staff.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

•         High School Diploma or GED

•         1-2 years experience in data entry, order management, or customer service environment

•         Oracle experience is a plus

•         Ability to follow oral and written guidelines or procedures and accurately and concisely communicate status to internal and external customers

•         Moderate Computer skills and familiar with MS Excel
