Job Description

Inventory Coordinator will schedule and revise shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of product to satisfy customers and distributors.  Analyzes inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine reorder levels, which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs. The position requires strong communication and analytical skills, use sound judgment and work independently and with collaborate with buyers and distributors and management. Writing skills are necessary to write inventory reports and work with inventory database.

Job Requirements

  • Monitor and anticipate the rate of sales. 
  • Ensure the company's distribution center and warehouse maintain inventory levels neccesssary to meet projected sales demands. 
  • Prepare inventory report. 
  • Perform Cycle Counting.
  • Determine periodic asset valuations. 
  • Research and stay current with past sales trend and current sales trend that influence inventory demands.
  • Conduct audit functions to comply with products purchased, handled and sold in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
