PACKAGING CRATING LOGISTICS COMPANY IS SEEKING A QC INSPECTOR 







MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 



SWING SHIFT 3:30PM TO 12:00AM





MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME INCLUDING SOME SATURDAYS







ENTRY LEVEL IS OK AS LONG AS YOU ARE COMPUTER SAVVY WILL WORK WITH A TABLET ALL DAY ON REAL TIME. 







STANDING AND WALKING THROUGHOUT SHIFT

ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50 POUNDS

Requirements







•         The Quality Control Specialist will have the responsibility to accept or reject work products as necessary.




•         The Quality Control Specialist will have the responsibility to review specifications, standards and/or test plans, and make recommendations.




•         Quality Control Specialist will keep a record of issues they find and may send defective products back to the production line or suppliers for repair, review and implement corrective actions to the product and/or process, report results.




•         The Quality Control Specialist may work on non-conforming products to determine the problems in the manufacturing process and report the root causes found.




•         May be required to conduct controlled testing on products or processes to determine how the products or processes perform in a simulated environment.




•         The Quality Control Specialist will use specialized instruments to perform their duties.




•         The Quality Control Specialist may weigh or measure finished products, perform time studies and or evaluate processes and activities for improvements.




•         The Quality Control Specialist may be required to measure and visually inspect workmanship or gauge product reliability.




•         The Quality Control Specialist will be involved in the training of junior inspectors.






•          Review, implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions derived from customer complaints and/or customer
