Job Description

Local Public Utilities Company needs an experienced HR Asst. to begin ASAP for one month at their Concord facility.

Will handle phone calls and status inquiries,schedule testing , create offer letters with MS Word and file confidential forms and applications once reviewed for compliance.

Job Requirements

Must be easy-going but professional in demeanor. This is a very busy department so must be flexible to jump in and help with additional unassigned tasks as needed.

  • HR Experience - 1-3 years +  
  • MS Word - Intermediate Level 
  • MS Excel- Basic to Intermediate Level 
  • ATS Experience a Plus  

Background check required.
 Must be available to start immediately and commit for 1 month.
