Job Description

Fortune 500 Corporation has a need for an Export Customer Service Senior Coordinator to

coordinate daily Export sales activity to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers/buyers. Interface with customers and various cross-functional departments.

  • Customer Service:
  • Perform order entry
  • Receive and process customer inquiries
  • Submit credit applications
  • Perform customer account maintenance
  • Provide product knowledge and availability
  • Research and communicate order status
  • * Price List Administration:
  • Verify, update and communicate pricing information, maintaining accuracy and consistency to the processing of purchase orders * Claims Administration:
  • Promptly resolve customer claims resulting from shortages, product damage, spoilage, and pricing errors. This includes maintaining a claim log for year-end analysis and budget accrual

Job Requirements

Must be able to commit through the end of the year; possible Temp-Hire

  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • SAP knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge of international sales/shipping terms and processes
  • Detail and process oriented
  • Self-starter; take charge, positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
