Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing!

Core Skill Set:

•         In-platform management of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snap Ads, and any form of media buying.

•         Management of $100K+ per month advertising campaigns.

•         Seasoned at strategizing, forming hypotheses’, running campaign experiments, winning A/B tests, and hitting performance ROAS / ROI targets.

•         Experienced at the agency level managing high profile client ad campaigns.

•         Ecommerce > Lead Generation

Secondary Skills:

•         Analyzing and interpreting Google Analytics.

•         Interpreting Facebook Analytics and Facebook Audience Insights.

•         Able to write compelling ad copy that wins A/B tests.

Bonus Skills:

•         Managed multi-lingual / international paid media campaigns.

Bonus Certifications:

•         Google AdWords

•         Google Analytics

•         Facebook Blueprint

•         Hootsuite Social Media

•         YouTube video

Job Requirements

Experience:

•         3 – 5 years of experience at the agency level or comparable in-house experience.

•         Experience is much more important than any college degree.

•         Ecommerce campaign experience more important than lead generation campaigns.

Personality Traits:

•         

•         Looking for a candidate who already the most successful person.  Not a 9-5 position.

•         Person must be super hungry and eager to learn and be pushed.

Local San Diego:

•         Candidate must live in San Diego and be willing to come into the office.

•         Company won’t pay for relocation.
