Job Description

  • Performs full cycle of order processing:
    o Verifies pricing listed on the orders received
    o Checks minimum order requirements, and notifies the customer of additional charges when
    o Inputs the order
    o Issues Certificates of Compliances and obtains appropriate signature for the certificates
    o Verification of customer state pharmaceutical and business licenses
    o Notifies customer of backorders and offers alternative products when available
    o Works with customer, 3PL warehouse, carriers, and operation departments to minimize order
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing
    orders, and system troubleshooting
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company
  • Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer
  • Verifies appropriate approval and processes sample requests
  • Answers customer questions regarding product descriptions, and order status
  • Participates in the Amsino Quality Management System by following policies, work instructions, and regulatory requirements
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.
  • Resolve customer complaints or involves appropriate manager to ensure customer satisfaction
  • ¬†Other related duties may be assigned

Job Requirements

-Minimum High School diploma with a 2-year experience in related field skills required
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
-Must be able to work in a team environment, interpersonal skills, and customer oriented mind-set

-Analytical, reporting, data entry, Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills are a MUST
-Preferably proficient with EDI order processing and international shipments
-Attention to details, meeting deadlines, organizing and prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking capabilities
-Must work well under pressure, answering phones, and possess strong problem-solving skills,
-Outstanding attendance and punctuality

-Willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary and occasional overtime when needed
-Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality

-Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm
