Job Description

Come Join Our Growing Team -  We need a Business Analyst to work within our Client's Organization to help manage, change, and plan for the future in line with their goals.  This could be one specific project, or multiple projects.  We need to you understand and help identify future needs and create solutions to help meet those needs  You will play a key role in communication between internal departments to help support the organizational needs. 

  • Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole
  • Work with external stakeholders
  • Use data modeling practices to analyze your findings and crate suggestions for improvements and changes
  • Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions you make
  • Gain agreement, usually from Sr. Management, of the best method of introducing your recommendations
  • Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help address any concerns
  • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and present to stakeholders
  • Support staff and teams in making your recommended changes, including helping to resolve any challenges
  • Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.  You could make significant change and impact within your role, making a substantial difference to the success of the company and the satisfaction of it's employees
  • The role is largely office based, but will require time spent on the production floor and warehouse. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Two (2) year of related experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to an audience
  • Self-Motivated, high level of professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude toward change
  • Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence based approach
  • A strong interest in business and business development
  • Experience working with senior decision makers
  • Proven analytical background
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Oracle experience an advantage
  • Experience in gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating, and reconciling conflicts to arrive at an effective conclusion
  • The ability towork in groups, analyze data, use technology and manage projects
