Job Description

Global Tech Manufacturing company needs an experienced Administrative Assistant for their Bay Point Plant location. This is a full time, long term temporary role for the duration of 6-8 months to begin no later than June 1st.

Responsibilities:

  • Record retention and document control in line with Company Policies
  • Daily support to site on required coordination of meetings, supplies, services, and data gathering.
  • As required, regulatory data collection and support on maintaining employee records and information.
  • As required, develop plant policies and administration documents to support site.
  • Complete all required records, reports, data inputs and analysis as directed by General Manager.
  • General office management, visitor coordination and support.
  • Personally committed to Safety and Goal Zero.
  • Be an active participant and leader in Continuous Improvement activities on site
  • Work with other departments within site to meet site priorities and goals.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Able to work safely in an office setting using computer systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Communications and Organization Skills.
  • Well organized and able to manage competing priorities
  • A self-starter and capable of working unsupervised
  • Able to effectively communicate, orally and in writing, with plant personnel at all levels.
